We really didn't venture off the resort lot since everything we needed drinks, private beach, pools, restaurants, nightly entertainment, casino was right there for us.
I was interested in possibly visiting a few nightclubs out there, especially the one that is in a set of caves I forget the name of it now. Now I'm thinking I'm glad we didn't venture out.
