Hi, this is probably a silly question! It is just my hubby and I. Can we go to the adults preferred sections too, or do we need to be booked for an "adult preferred" room? Thank you!! Yes you can use both preferred areas but they are opposite ends of the resort about a 10 minute walk. If you email before and ask they might swop your room to adults preferred.
Thank you! Good to know! Which side is the preferred beach on? Thanks again! There is a family preferred beach and adults preferred beach we tend to stay at the pool so not sure how good the beach areas are.
I think the adults beach has better access to the sea. We have always stopped in family preferred but then last year they opened the adults and the family area must have been marketed beyond anything they have done in the past and it was over run with families to the point they had to bring extra sun beds in.
We then used the adults area which was very serene. The adults has a swim up bar and better preferred lounge with a bar, the family has a fantastic ocean view from the pool area and side ocean view from some of the rooms. We are going back this year and are booked into the adults area. When we were there last year, as long as you were preferred and do not have under 18s with you, you can use all the Adult only areas and restaurants there is no additional charge, if however you want to have a room in the Adult only blocks, there is a price difference, we were in block 4 which is near reception and only a couple of mins walk to either family preferred area or adult preferred area.
The adult only pool area is beautiful. Hope this helps. As mentioned, as adults you can use both beaches and pools and lounges. Absolutely feel free to do so as well. Know what the other looks like for your next return. I disagree that the adults lounge is better, but it's personal taste. I only spent one evening there because I wanted to check it out but really love the bar at the Family side.
