The property is supper charming but elegant. Before we arrived Glenroy and his team reach out to us to make sure they answer all our questions and help us plan the birthday party. If you book The Level room, you will get a FREE private transportation from the airport make sure you contact the hotel concierge before your arrival.
Most buildings have 3 stories but NO elevator. The exterior is a colonial style but the interior is very modern with earth tone and gold accent. Building 15 exterior is done Building 15 exterior is done but they still working on the interior. They both have a swim up bar. The view from the lounge is to die for. It was so peaceful and serenity. I could just sat there all day with my champagne watch the wave came up the shore and palm trees got blown by the wind. We decided to upgrade to The Royal Suite after we saw the photos.
Our room located on the second floor room Tip 1. If you booked The Royal Suite make sure you stay on the second floor because the ceiling is much higher than the one on the ground floor. You will enjoy the high ceiling and the dramatic look see my photos Tip 2. The Royal Suite living room is facing the ocean and the bedroom is facing the garden when The Roman suite is the opposite.
Tip 3. I think I drank all the bottles they had during my stay :D Tip 5. We mad the reservation because the size of the group. Oh, the level guests support to get access to the VIP lounge at the airport. We tried but we could not get in, so check with your concierge before you leave.
Last thing, Level guests will get a personal cellphone that you can cll your concierge for anything anytime and international call is free if you dial from that phone.
